Hey! At first I was really nervous and I was really scared. The gym I joined has a room just for women so it made it easier for me. Try going to a gym that doesn’t look too busy? Maybe get a free pass. For example, 24hr fitness gives you free passes for a week so you can try it out. When I got comfortable, I would do my workout upstairs. Google and youtube helped me learn new things on what to do at the gym so I don’t look like a newbie. :P Hope that helps.
